When a scenery chewing Dennis Hopper uses bombs to force a bus to drive very fast, Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock are left with no choice but to charm their way through this ridiculously fun (and ridiculously improbable) action thriller.

Originally released to mixed reactions, Thirteen Ghosts spent the last 20 years building a loyal following. Though not without a few rough edges, it has more than enough old school charm (and seriously impressive production design) to make you forget all about them.

Long after they’d gone out of fashion, Clint Eastwood continued to direct and star in westerns so good they could still draw a crowd. Pale Rider has the stoic beauty of classic western, but carries an underlying darkness and melancholy appropriate to it’s apocalyptic name.

Leaving Las Vegas is a whirlwind character study about Ben Sanderson, a washed-up writer whose plan to drink himself to death in Las Vegas is complicated when he meets Sera (played by an equally excellent Elisabeth Shue).
